Booking Terms & Conditions
(Applies to All Travel Services and Package Travel Bookings)
1. Introduction & Scope
These Booking Terms & Conditions constitute the legally binding contract between you (“the Traveler”, “you”) and Clickandfly OÜ (“Clickandfly”, “we”, “us”).
They apply to all travel services booked through https://click-fly.com, including:
Individual travel services (e.g. flights, hotels, transfers, tours)
Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements, as defined under EU law
These Booking Terms & Conditions are expressly referenced in our Terms of Use and prevail in case of conflict.
By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Booking Terms & Conditions.
2. Definitions
For the purpose of this document:
“Traveler”: Any person named in the booking.
“Booking”: A confirmed reservation for one or more travel services.
“Contract”: The binding agreement formed upon booking confirmation.
“Supplier”: Third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, or transport companies.
“Package Travel”: A combination of at least two different types of travel services purchased for the same trip, as defined by Directive (EU) 2015/2302.
“Linked Travel Arrangement” (LTA): A combination of services purchased through linked transactions.
“Unavoidable and Extraordinary Circumstances”: Events beyond reasonable control, including force majeure, as defined under EU law.
3. Booking Process & Contract Formation
3.1 Booking Steps
You request an offer or itinerary from Clickandfly.
We provide a written offer or confirmation with essential details.
You accept the offer and make the required payment (deposit or full amount).
The contract is formed only upon written booking confirmation issued by Clickandfly.
3.2 Traveler Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete traveler details, including names as shown on passports. Errors may result in additional costs or refusal of service.
4. Prices & Payments
4.1 Pricing
All prices are stated in the currency specified in your offer.
Prices include only the services explicitly listed.
Taxes, fees, or optional services may be excluded unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Price Changes (Package Travel Only)
Price increases are permitted only if caused by:
Fuel or energy costs
Taxes or fees imposed by third parties
Exchange rate fluctuations
Any increase exceeding 8% entitles you to cancel the package with a full refund, in accordance with EU law.
4.3 Payments
Deposits may be required to confirm bookings.
Final payment deadlines will be clearly stated.
Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation.
Accepted payment methods are specified during checkout.
5. Traveler Changes & Cancellations
5.1 Changes by Traveler
Requests for name changes, date changes, or itinerary modifications:
Are subject to supplier rules
May incur administrative and supplier fees
5.2 Cancellation by Traveler
After booking confirmation:
The 14-day EU right of withdrawal does NOT apply to travel services (Directive 2011/83, Art. 16).
Cancellation fees depend on how close to departure the cancellation occurs.
Fees may equal up to 100% of the booking value, depending on supplier conditions.

6. Changes or Cancellations by Clickandfly or Suppliers
6.1 Supplier Changes
Schedule changes, overbookings, or service substitutions may occur. We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.
6.2 Significant Changes to Package Travel
If a significant element of a package is changed before departure, you have the right to:
Accept the change
Accept an alternative package
Cancel the booking with a full refund
6.3 Cancellation Not Caused by Traveler
If we cancel your booking for reasons not attributable to you:
You are entitled to a full refund
No additional compensation is due where cancellation is caused by unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances
7. Traveler Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Valid passports, visas, residence permits
Health requirements and vaccinations
Travel insurance (strongly recommended)
Compliance with airline security and API/PNR data rules
Respectful conduct during travel
Failure to comply may result in denied boarding or entry without refund.
8. Liability & Limitations
8.1 Package Travel
For package travel, Clickandfly is responsible for the proper performance of all services included in the package, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2015/2302.
We will provide assistance in case of difficulties during travel.
8.2 Single Travel Services
For individual services, Clickandfly acts as an intermediary. Our liability is limited to:
Proper selection of suppliers
Accurate transmission of booking details
8.3 Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures caused by unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or governmental actions.
9. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
9.1 Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be reported as soon as possible during travel
Written complaints should be submitted within a reasonable time after return

10. Special Conditions for Package Travel
10.1 Insolvency Protection
Package travel bookings are protected by mandatory insolvency protection under Estonian law, ensuring refunds and repatriation if required.
10.2 Transfer of Booking
You may transfer a package booking to another person who meets the conditions, subject to reasonable notice and applicable costs.
10.3 Pre-Contractual Information
The itinerary, offer, or confirmation provided before booking constitutes the legally required pre-contractual information under EU law.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Contract is governed by Estonian law.
Jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
